A wedding day at Historic Arcadia Farm is truly like a fairytale. Every view is breathtaking, every picture is perfect, and every guest is treated like family. From the time of checking into the Historic Shelby Manor to your rehearsal, from the ceremony to the first dance with your soulmate, and from the send-off to the romantic stay in our bridal suite, every moment is magical.
We can provide small intimate weddings or large events for up to 150 guests with overnight accommodations, something few other wedding venues in the area can provide. We offer packages where families or friends can spend the night at the beautiful historic mansion, host a spectacular event, create memories, and make dreams become reality. Our packages are flexible based on what you wish to add or not add to your experience. Our experienced staff will assist you in every step of the planning process to give you peace of mind that your experience at Historic Arcadia Farm is just as you dreamed.
Pick the perfect location for your ceremony. Set up your rehearsal dinner under the trees, have your ceremony on the front lawn of the manor, have cocktail hour in the side yard, and have yard games on the lawn next to the wedding barn, you decide. The options are endless to create your fairytale wedding.
Manor Wedding Packages Available
All packages include Tables, Chairs (ceremony and reception), and white linens
Elopement Rental (Manor or Lawn only, Sunday - Friday) Starting at $2,500.00
Limited to weddings with guests of less than 10
Use of On-site Catering, Florist, and Coordinator Required (included in the venue fee)
Manor access day of event for 3 hours (10:30am – 1:30pm, 2pm – 5pm, or 5:30pm – 8:30pm)
Dressing Room available upon request
Micro-Wedding Rental (Sunday – Friday) Starting at $4,500.00
Limited to weddings with guests of less than 50
Use of On-site Catering, Florist, and Coordinator required (included in venue fee)
Pavilion access day of event for 6 hours (9am - 3pm or 4pm – 10pm)
Use of the main floor of the manor 30 minutes before the ceremony
Dressing Room available upon request
One Day Rentals (Sunday – Thursday) Starting at $3,500.00
Pavilion or Event Stable access day of event for 12 hours 10am until 10pm
Use of on-site Catering, Florist, and Coordinator required (not included in venue fee)
Use of the main floor of the manor 1 hours before the ceremony with Pavilion Rental Only
Dressing Room available upon request with Pavilion Rental Only
Weekend Rentals (Friday - Saturday) Starting at $5,000.00
Pavilion access day before ceremony at 3pm until check-out the day after at 10 am
Use of On-Site Catering, Florist, and Coordinator not required
Use of the main floor of the manor 2 hours before the ceremony
Two nights of accommodations in the 6 bedrooms of the historic manor (check-in 3pm, check-out 12pm)

Overnight Guestrooms
If not included in your package, overnight accommodations are available in manor, bunkhouse and cabins for an additional fee. Standard prices apply.
On-Site Catering Service
You may choose the caterer of your choice. However, our on-site catering staff is happy to provide you with tailored options for you to consider.
On-site Day of Coordinator
Your day will go much smoother with the assistance of a day of coordinator. If you choose, one of our qualified staff will be happy to help you with that service. This will include helping with rehearsal line up, assuring your contracted vendors are setup and ready as contracted, providing assistance to the family the day of your event with requested tasks.

As long as they are licensed and insured, you are free to use the caterer of your choice but we do have available on-site catering. Our on-site catering team can provide you with tailored menu options that will easily fit into your budget. Our catering team will provide you with everything you need to make your day fit your dream.
Floral Services – Prices Vary
You are free to use the florist of your choice always at Arcadia Farm. Your florals are very important to your day. All of your pictures, your tables, and your personality shines through the flowers you choose for your wedding. Let our qualified florists provide you with a quote. Prices vary based on choices.
Day Of Coordinator - $1,000.00 Fee
Let us help make your day go smoothly. Having a day of coordinator means that you get to enjoy your day to the fullest while letting someone else worry about all the details of logistics, handling issues, herding your family and friends, and giving you peace of mind.
